Position: Community Association Manager
Location: Kauai, HI (Remote, most be located in Kauai or neighboring islands)
Pay: $31.25/hour
Experience: Prior experience in property management, community association management, or as a board member is strongly preferred.
Education: CAM license or willingness to obtain one (if applicable in your state).
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm

Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned associations and their board members.
- Oversee the implementation and enforcement of house rules, bylaws, and governing documents.
- Assist in preparing and managing association budgets and financial reports in coordination with accounting teams.
- Coordinate and attend board meetings, prepare agendas, and provide follow-up communication.
- Respond to homeowner inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff to ensure quality service.
- Ensure compliance with state laws, insurance requirements, and community standards.
- Conduct regular property inspections and maintain detailed documentation.
Position Requirements:
- Knowledge of homeowner/condominium associations, governing documents, and board operations.
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, etc.).
