- Monday - Friday either five 8 or four 10 hour shifts. Approx 7a- 3pm 7a- 5pm; weekends and call optional
- Reason for Need: Shot Staffed/Vacancy
- Number of Operating Rooms: 29
- Types of Cases: General, Ortho, GI-Endo, Eyes, Healthy Peds, Urology, Robotics, OB/GYN, Bariatrics, Vascular, cardiac ablations, interventional radiology, neuro-interventional radiology, neuro, bronchoscopy
- Majority Case Type: All the above
- Average Monthly Case: 1800
- OB Delivery Average/Month: 325
- Number of CRNAs: 25
- Number of Beds: 510
- Temp Expedited Privileges: Optional
- EMR: Meditech
- Active FL License - Required (will accept those that need to apply)
- Board Certified - Required
- 2 years recent on the job experience
