Family Practice Locums - Kentucky - No Call Required

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient medical setting.
• Adult patients only (18+).
• Volume of 12-16 patients per day.

Schedule:

• Monday 9:00am-6:30pm
• Tuesday 9:00am-3:00pm
• Wednesday 9:00am-5:30pm
• Thursday 9:00am-5:30pm

Procedures and Cases:

• Provides episodic, preventive, and acute health care.
• Medication dispensary experience preferred.

Requirements:

• Board Certified.
• ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications.
• Kentucky State Licensure required.
• 36 months of experience.

Credentialing Requirements:

• Credentialing in 7 days.
