Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Physician Assistant for a role in Dwight, IL. Will provide care for acute and chronic conditions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide comprehensive exams and preventative care for adults
• Treatment of acute and chronic health conditions.
• Conducts histories and physical examinations and prescribes medications and/or medical treatments based on best practice standards.
• Develops treatment plans in collaboration with patients; educates and advises on medical issues as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
• Current FNP certified
• DEA Certified

JOB DETAILS:

• 160-172K + medical/dental/vision benefits for full-time providers
• Rotating weeks: Monday Friday, 8a 5p and Wednesday Sunday, 8am
• Credentialing Estimate: 1 month
