Organizational Development Consultant
The Center for Elders' Independence is a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the elderly) organization (PO) that uses an interdisciplinary team approach for care planning and implementing purposeful high quality, affordable, and integrated health care services to the elderly. Our elderly meet PACE requirements as prescribed by CMS and are referred to as participants. Our PO includes Adult Day Health Centers and primary care clinics, promoting participant autonomy, quality of life and the ability for individuals to live in their communities
THE POS I TION :
The Organizational Development (OD) Consultant plays a critical role in driving performance and engagement across the organization by supporting the design, implementation, and coaching of key strategic initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of Organizational Development, this role will serve as a subject matter expert in OKR (Objectives and Key Results) goal development and deployment, while also guiding leaders through goal alignment and execution. In addition, the OD Consultant will enhance employee engagement efforts, support action planning, and provide consultative support to leaders across the organization.
The salary range for the Organizational Development Consultant position at Center for Elders Independence is $93,850 - $140,774 annual base salary. Salary is based on the market for the position, as well as experience, skills, abilities and work history .
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with leaders to design and implement OKRs aligned with business strategy and department goals.
- Coach leaders at all levels on effective OKR execution, team alignment, and performance accountability.
- Analyze employee engagement data (e.g., Gallup Q12) and facilitate action planning to improve team culture and retention.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs to strengthen managerial capabilities and prepare high-potential talent.
- Support and enhance employee onboarding programs to accelerate integration, engagement, and productivity.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and readiness.
- Facilitate workshops, learning sessions, and one-on-one coaching in areas such as goal setting, performance feedback, and team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent, and business leaders to assess needs, develop solutions, and measure outcomes.
- Monitor OD and L&D program effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on data, feedback, and evolving business needs.
- Stay current with best practices in organizational development, employee engagement, leadership training, and change management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development , Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field ( Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in organizational development, leadership development, or related HR functions.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying OKRs or goals in complex or matrixed organizations.
- Experience developing and facilitating leadership training programs and onboarding initiatives.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks and experience supporting enterprise-level change efforts.
- Familiarity with Gallup's Q12 engagement model is highly desirable.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
