As Dean of Nursing & Nurse Administrator, you ll play a pivotal role in guiding faculty, supporting students, and ensuring program excellence all while advancing nursing education in your community. What You ll Do As Dean of Nursing, you will: Serve as the academic and administrative leader for the nursing program, overseeing faculty management, student success, and program compliance. Recruit, mentor, and develop faculty and Associate Deans, fostering a collaborative and high-performance academic team. Ensure curriculum quality and alignment with accreditation and Board of Nursing standards. Establish and maintain clinical partnerships to provide students with exceptional real-world training opportunities. Monitor and improve key academic metrics such as NCLEX pass rates, program completion, and graduation rates. Act as a visible ambassador for the program, representing the nursing school at community events, pinning ceremonies, graduations, and professional gatherings.
