Senior Operations Analyst/ FP&A Business Partner - Manufacturing Finance Charlton, MA (Hybrid)

Are you passionate about connecting finance with factory floor performance? We're looking for an Operations FP&A Business Partner to drive financial insight and operational excellence across our manufacturing and supply chain teams.

In this high-impact role, you'll partner with plant leadership to build budgets, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic investments.

What You'll Do:

• Own operational budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Develop and maintain KPIs tied to manufacturing performance
• Build financial models and dashboards to support decision-making
• Analyze cost drivers, standard costing, and capital investments
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and supply chain leaders

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in manufacturing finance, FP&A, or cost accounting
• Deep understanding of operational metrics and cost structures
• Experience with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
• Strong communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus)

Location: Charlton, MA - Hybrid (3+ days/week onsite)
