Pafilia is seeking to recruit a Receptionist. The successful candidate will be working closely and reporting to the Operations Officer at Minthis, helping with time and daily management offering administrative support, on a one-to- one basis. Also responsible for taking care of all main reception office tasks including first hand meet-and-greet with all visiting persons entering the premises.

 

Location: Minthis, Paphos

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Working closely and reporting to the Operations Officer at Minthis
  • Arranges/organizes meetings
  • Prepares the set up for various conferences that occur in the Construction’s Offices conference room
  • Handling all incoming external/internal phone calls and general inquiries
  • Welcomes and guides visitors to the right person or department
  • Responsible for maintaining a tidy and attractive reception area
  • Arranging business trips for incoming cooperate partners from abroad and transport travel support
  • Responsible for fax and mailing activities
  • Responsible for stocks (Office supplies etc.) in assistance to Operations Officer
  • Responsible for couriers or dispatches
  • Office Administrative works

 

Necessary requirements:

  • Degree in Administration or Secretarial Studies
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Candidate must be fluent in English and Greek both written and oral
  • Have exceptional social, communication and service skills
  • A good standard of computer literacy, showing confidence in working with word processing, spread sheets, databases
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously
  • To act with professionalism and integrity proving to be a reliable member of staff
  • Pleasant with a professional character approach to others
